Proof of Address:
- Cardholders may be required to show proof of address upon request when using the resident discount card.
- Acceptable proof of address may include utility bills or a driving licence.
Card Usage:
- The resident discount card is non-transferable and can only be used by the resident.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
- Cardholders may request a new card via the Waterside Quarter Marketing Suite.
